1. Who we are

This site belongs to EM The Blue Alchemist (Emilia), counsellor and catalyst in the transformation process. Contact: [email protected]

2. Data collected

• Voluntarily provided data in forms (date of birth, optional first name, birth time, birth city) — used exclusively to generate the requested symbolic/astrological response. Not permanently stored.
• Anonymised traffic data via Google Analytics (anonymised IP). Collection only with your explicit consent.
• Contact form data (name, email, message) — stored temporarily to respond to your request.

3. Automated systems and AI

Tzolkin Calendar (the robot): Responses are generated automatically by a predefined symbolic rule system, without generative AI. The purpose is exclusively educational and symbolic.

Personalised horoscope: Content is generated by an AI system (language model — Groq LLM). You are not interacting with a human specialist. Content has symbolic and educational purpose only. It does not represent diagnosis, psychotherapy or medical advice.

4. Data transfers

Data entered for the horoscope is transmitted to the Groq service (USA) solely for response generation. Google Analytics may transfer anonymised data according to Google's policy.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data (GDPR). Send a request to the contact address above.
